Canvas Gradebook Sync

Canvas grades and synced to FACTS automatically every night starting at about 11 pm for those schools that have Canvas Gradebook Sync turned on.

There are times when a manual sync needs to take place during the day. Some examples include:

• Parents are needing to see updated scores in FACTS before the next day.
• A teacher has updated a score and a report card needs to be printed.

Teachers can manually sync their grades at any time. Here are the steps to do this.

Open FACTS and go to Report Manager.

1. Select Gradebook
2. Select Canvas Import V5.0 - Dashboard
3. Select View Report
   
4. Select Sync Grades.
   
5. Select a course in the left-hand column and press the arrow to move it to the right-hand column (The double arrow will move all courses).
6. Then press Sync Grades.
