Go to https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/en-us/contactus/dynamic and enter the service tag from the computer. There will then be a drop down to fill in the type of problem, followed by a contact number.
For Lenovo computers purchased through Microsoft:
Go to https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/warrantylookup?IPromoID=LEN302621#/ and enter the serial number from the computer. Then select Contact Us.
